Part-Time Team Member

What you should have:

Retail experience is a plus, but not required. However, a positive attitude and eagerness to help others is required. We can teach you the rest. Tomlinson’s employees must also have:

  • The Ability to lift up to 50 pounds: You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis in order to stock the store and to do carry-outs for customers. This is an active role which requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift
  • The Ability to work a flexible schedule: A Tomlinson’s Team Member is expected to work their scheduled hours, attend any prescheduled training events, have flexibility to work nights and weekends. Work schedules are established in order to ensure proper staffing at all times. Tomlinson’s stores are open seven days a week and the majority of holidays. Tomlinson’s employees are expected to work throughout the holiday season as needed.
